Imroz Ali

Imroz Ali practices in the areas of commercial and insurance litigation, and aviation liability. He has experience before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Alberta Court of Justice, Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Federal Court of Canada. Imroz has conducted both jury and non-jury civil trials.

Imroz assists clients with a broad range of civil disputes including contractual claims, class action defence, insurance liability defence, and insurance subrogation. He also assists clients with mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Imroz works closely with clients to explore all of the issues at hand and understand what a successful outcome looks like to them. This principle underlies all aspects of Imroz’s practice.
