DLA Piper advised the underwriters, which included Needham & Company, LLC as sole book-runner and Roth Capital Partners, LLC as lead manager, on the underwritten secondary offering of 1,250,000 shares of common stock of AudioEye, Inc. an industry-leading digital accessibility company.

“We’re thrilled to have played a role in another great outcome for our investment banking partners with whom our relationships are continuing to strengthen,” said Drew Valentine, the DLA Piper partner who led the transaction for the firm.

Alongside Valentine (New York/Austin), the DLA Piper team included associates Zachary Altman (Boston), Michael Kumar, Jasmine Judge and Angie Franco (all in New York).

DLA Piper’s global capital markets team represents issuers and underwriters in registered and unregistered equity, equity-linked and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, equity-linked securities offerings, and offerings of investments grade and high-yield debt securities.
