DLA Piper Canada welcomes Rosalie A. Clark as counsel
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to welcome Rosalie A. Clark as counsel to our Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations and Construction groups. Working out of our Vancouver office, Rosalie has a practice that encompasses all aspects of construction and infrastructure law.
Rosalie represents a broad range of clients, including both public and private owners, general contractors, design professionals and specialized trade contractors and suppliers. She has considerable experience in providing practical and strategic advice on issues that arise throughout the life cycle of a project, including advising clients on procurement methods and contract models, negotiating the early resolution of disputes, and the resolution of claims through mediation, arbitration or litigation. Rosalie has appeared before various arbitrators, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and numerous administrative tribunals in British Columbia and Ontario.
Before joining DLA Piper, Rosalie was a partner at a Vancouver-based full service law firm.
“With her deep understanding of construction and infrastructure law, Rosalie is an excellent addition to the firm,” said Robert Seidel, K.C., Canada Managing Partner. “Clients will benefit from her dedication to providing practical legal solutions which work to protect their business and help them achieve their long-term goals.”
