Geoff Mowatt - Regulatory Attorney of the Year (Canada): Geoff Mowatt has an intellectual property law and litigation practice with a focus on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, as well as regulatory and compliance advice for life sciences companies. Geoff provides strategic advice to innovative life sciences clients on regulatory and compliance issues for pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices. His experience includes life cycle management and data protection, product and establishment licensing, Form IV patent listing, Certificates of Supplemental Protection, approval pathways, drug advertising, drug reimbursement/pricing, and the implications of international trade agreements.
David Neave - Product Liability Attorney of the Year (Canada): David is Co-Chair of the Canadian Class Action Defence group. David’s defence work includes defending class action and individual claims brought against international airlines, motor vehicle manufacturers, multinational technology companies, international pharmaceutical companies of prescription and OTC drugs, medical product and device manufacturers, global insurance companies, forest products companies, international educational publishers, food manufacturers and specialty chemical and raw material manufacturers.
