DLA Piper partner Alexander Steinberg named to Sports Business Journal’s 2024 Forty Under 40 list

In his practice, Steinberg advises sports and media-sector clients in a wide variety of transactional matters, including content licensing and distribution; acquisitions and dispositions; sponsorship matters, including naming rights agreements and cornerstone agreements; and financing transactions. He also regularly provides counsel to programming networks, broadcast stations and other rights holders across a full spectrum of legal and strategic business matters.
In addition, Steinberg has represented buyers, sellers and sports franchises in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer and European football leagues on a wide range of matters, including control transactions, minority investments and commercial matters.
