Vinita will provide the Board with unique and invaluable perspectives on global mobility and the opportunities and challenges for our clients and our own business as we navigate the changing workplace environment. I am delighted that Vinita will be joining the Board and we are very much looking forward to her contribution.”
Vinita Arora added: “I am so grateful to my peers who have placed their trust in me to represent them on the Board, and I look forward to contributing to the continued evolution and success of the firm. Having started my legal career at DLA Piper over 20 years ago, I see this opportunity as my chance to help guide and shape the future of the firm, making use in particular of the people skills that I have acquired from my daily practice as an employment lawyer. Supporting international clients locally and globally on their strategic and critical people issues has enabled me to develop a skillset that will be relevant to our people focussed business and I look forward to applying those skills with energy and enthusiasm as we embark on the next exciting chapter at DLA Piper.”
The International Board supports our long-term success and sustainability, exercising strategic oversight and decision making which takes into account the interests of the firm’s people, clients and wider communities.
