DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Partner Ian Reynolds
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Ian W. Reynolds KC, ICD.D has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate Group in our Edmonton office. Ian practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, governance and corporate law.
Ian is a key advisor to ultra high net worth families and their companies, private family offices and enterprises, family-owned businesses and their owners and boards in matters related to corporate governance and succession planning, corporate structuring and corporate reorganizations in a variety of industries. Ian is also routinely involved with the strategic planning, risk management, multi-jurisdiction mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and diverse financing arrangements including equity, debt, mezzanine, subordinated debt and quasi-equity transactions of private family offices, enterprises and investment funds. He has extensive experience with employee-owned private businesses and advises them on all strategic, corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ian was a Partner at another Canadian firm for a number of years.
