- Advising a global engineering firm as borrower on the provision of secured revolving loan facilities by a group of syndicate lenders.
- Advising a multinational investment bank and financial services company as lender on the provision of a mezzanine facility secured by a mortgage over a hotel project in Singapore.
- Advising a European growth capital fund as lender on a corporate reorganisation exercise undertaken by a global technology firm as borrower involving a novation of debt facilities and warrants, a restructuring of the security package and the introduction of an intercreditor arrangement with new incoming lenders.
- Advising syndicate lenders on the provision of secured term loan facilities to finance the acquisition, development and construction of a mixed residential and hotel project.*
- Advising syndicate lenders on the provision of an offshore secured facility to finance the acquisition of multiple commercial properties in China as part of an initial public offering.*
