About

James represents domestic and foreign crypto asset issuers, exchanges, market makers, investors and developers with respect to project structuring, token modeling, venture finance, public distributions and US securities regulatory compliance. He is one of the nation's leading voices on offshore token distribution models and represents projects ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. In addition, James advises global consumer brands, film studios, professional sports teams and entertainers on Web3 strategy and activations.
