Kevin Kuhn

Kevin X. Kuhn is an IP litigator with a background in Electrical Engineering. He has experience in the U.S. International Trade Commission and Federal District Courts. 

Kevin’s background in electrical engineering provides valuable insights in the areas of semiconductors, power system design and modeling, lithium-ion battery design, and shipboard system design and integration.

Prior to his legal career, Kevin served on active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard where he developed policy and regulations related to electrical engineering systems on commercial ships. He contributed to the first international agreement on shipboard cybersecurity risk management at the International maritime Organization. Kevin continues to serve in the reserve component as a member of the Coast Guard Office of Maritime & International Law.
