EXPERIENCE
- Acted for the shareholders of Steer Automotive Group, a leading car repair business, on its auction sale to Oakley Capital.
- Acted as co-counsel to Arcus Infrastructure Partners in respect of the preparation of a vendor due diligence report in connection with the sale of Constellation Cold Logistics, a cold storage and transport logistics provider, to EQT.
- Advised a US REIT in respect of its acquisition of three UK retail parks.
