His practice spans a diverse array of financial instruments and transactions, including portfolio-level debt, such as domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, asset-based financings, unitranche facilities, and securitizations, as well as fund-level debt, including subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, and warehouse facilities. He collaborates closely with asset managers to establish back leverage facilities and loan programs.
