DLA Piper advised SoftwareONE Holding AG on the acquisition of Predica, a European leader in Azure cloud transformation.

The transaction was led by Michał Gintowt of DLA Piper's Warsaw Corporate and M&A team, who was responsible for coordinating due diligence and preparation of all transaction documentation and was supported by Michał Sowiński, Małgorzata Nowak and Filip Wilczyński. Michał Orzechowski and Agnieszka Staszek advised on merger and competition law issues.
