Gilemma Nugnes has consolidated experience in assisting both banks and corporate clients in connection with corporate finance, restructuring and refinancing transactions. She has extensive experience in structured finance and derivative transactions, having assisted banks and corporations in connection with securitisations of different kind of receivables.

Gilemma also assists clients in relation to the establishment and updates of debt issuance programmes and stand-alone issuances of financial instruments (bonds and certificates) by banking and corporate entities and in the related procedure with the relevant public bodies and market authorities (CONSOB, CSSF, Irish and Luxembourg Stock Exchange).

Gilemma has been the first to structure a purchase of construction claims in the context of Italian securitisations and nowdays she is particularly experienced in such kind of transactions.
