  • Acted for a multi-employer pension plan with respect to its investment of $10,000,000 USD in Brookfield ‎Panther ‎Co-Invest Non-US LP. ‎
  • Acted for a multi-employer pension plan with respect to its investment of approximately $10,000,000 USD ‎in GCM ‎Grosvenor Labor Impact Feeder Fund, a Delaware Limited Partnership. The investment was made ‎by the ‎Pension Fund becoming a limited partner of the Feeder Fund. The Feeder Fund’s purpose is to ‎facilitate ‎investments in a Master Partnership by certain non-US persons and US tax exempt investors. ‎
  • Acted for a large pension plan with respect to an investment in the HarbourVest Canada Growth Fund L.P, ‎a limited ‎partnership and venture capital program with a specific focus on the Canadian venture ‎market. The amount of ‎commitments from investors was in excess of $200,000,000.‎
