DLA Piper advises VARTA AG on significant milestone: Restructuring plan now legally binding

DLA Piper has advised VARTA AG on another significant milestone in its restructuring process. The Stuttgart Regional Court has rejected as inadmissible all immediate appeals against the decision of the Stuttgart Restructuring Court of 11 December 2024 to confirm the restructuring plan of VARTA AG.
