DLA Piper Advises the Underwriters, Led by Roth Capital Partners, LLC, on Lakeland Industries, Inc.’s Underwritten Public Offering of 2,093,000 Shares of Common Stock

DLA Piper advised the underwriters, led by Roth Capital Partners, LLC as sole book-running manager and Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC and Maxim Group, LLC as co-managers, on the underwritten public offering of 2,093,000 shares of common stock of Lakeland Industries, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of protective clothing for industry, healthcare, and first responders.
