Andra Trantea's employment expertise consists of advising on complex day-to-day employment matters (including flexible work arrangements, on-call, unlimited holiday schemes), disciplinary and investigation cases, collective agreements and negotiations with staff representative bodies, restructuring of workforce via both individual and collective reorganization lay-offs, employment disputes disputes, but also complex transactional employment matters, such as complex outsourcing and rebadging programs, mergers and acquisitions impact on employment, cutting-edge transfers of undertakings – in the recently developed context of acqui-hire deals.Andra has also developed niche specialized skills and a strong focus on intellectual property and data privacy in employment context, employee talent protection and retention in business transformation and flexible working context and, more recently, whistleblower protection arrangements/ policies.
