  • Salt Lake Potash in relation to material ESG topics to inform governance, strategy and reporting including drafting policies and procedures for the Lake Way Project in Western Australia.
  • Oakajee Port & Rail on a broad range of legal and strategic advice in relation to environment, planning and project approval related matters for the proposed Oakajee Port and associated 570 kilometre railway, including reviewing State and Commonwealth environmental assessment and approval processes, scoping of regulatory approvals, vegetation clearing requirements, compulsory acquisition, planning approval requirements and the establishment and maintenance of an on-line database for monitoring compliance with conditions of approvals.
  • Australian Premium Iron Ore Joint Venture on the development of the West Pilbara Iron Ore Project in Western Australia, including in respect of State environmental impact assessment processes, premises licencing, groundwater management, native vegetation clearing, mining law, native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage and the proposed creation of a conservation park.
  • Abengoa Solar Power Australia, a Spain-based renewable energy company on its proposed development of a 20MW CSP solar power plant in the Mid-west Region of Western Australia.
  • Mitsubishi Corporation (through its subsidiary Oakajee Port & Rail Pty Ltd) in respect of land access and project related matters, including advice in respect of its close-out obligations under its project agreements and assisting with the transfer of water bores developed in the Byro Sub-basin and Murchison Paleochannel.
  • Juwi Renewable Energy in relation to land access and approvals issues associated with the development of the DeGrussa Solar Power Project in Western Australia.
  • Perth Airport in relation to Aboriginal heritage issues in connection with the expansion of Perth Airport.
  • Gold Road Resources in relation to native title, land access and statutory approvals associated with the development of the Yamarna Gold Project in the Central Desert region of Western Australia.
  • Echo Resources in relation to the negotiation of the native title agreement for the Echo Gold Project in Western Australia.
  • The Destination Brisbane Consortium in relation to land tenure, native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage issues associated with the Queens Wharf Project in central Brisbane.
