Rick Minjon in an associate in the banking and finance practice of DLA Piper Amsterdam with a broad spectrum of experience in multi-jurisdictional debt financings with a strong focus on acquisition financings, refinancings and corporate finance arrangements. He advises sponsors, alternative capital providers (including private credit funds), banks and corporates.
Before (re)joining the banking and finance team, Rick was active in the corporate M&A team, advising both national and global clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, cross-border mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
