Luana Huybrechts

Luana is part of the real estate practice at DLA Piper, specialising in corporate real estate transactions at both domestic and international level. Luana has extensive expertise across various dimensions of the real estate sector. She advises clients on real estate M&A (both share and asset deals), assists investors and asset managers in diversifying their portfolio, guides developers through large-scale construction projects including built-to-suit initiatives and provide support to lenders in structuring and executing property financing arrangements. Additionally, Luana has general expertise in all aspects of contracts and commercial law, particularly aiding multinational retailers in expanding their presence in Belgium. 

Her clients come from various sectors including offices, retail, hospitality, logistics, and healthcare. With her multidisciplinary background and multilingual skills (being fluent in English, French and Dutch), Luana is adept at handling complex cross-border work, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions aligned with their strategic objectives and operational realities.
