Daniel has a strong focus on State aid matters (including significant experience regarding fiscal State aid) across multiple sectors. Daniel's areas of practice also include advising clients in relation to abuse of dominance investigations and a wide range of horizontal and vertical arrangements and competition litigation.
Daniel has advised clients in a wide range of industries, and has particular experience in the transport and logistics, energy (upstream, midstream, downstream, utilities, renewables, carbon/energy trading, etc.), tech and industrials/manufacturing sectors.
