Bonnie focuses on complex multidisciplinary private equity and investment transactions across the entire spectrum of real estate asset classes. She has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, sales, investment letting structures, real estate joint ventures and structuring with a particular focus on assets and portfolios in the UK and cross - border.

Her clients include private equity and debt funds and she has represented some of the leading investment funds such as The Blackstone Group, Heitman International LLC, Carval Investors and various sovereign wealth funds.

She has an emphasis on inbound investment into the UK and pan-European transactions and has led transactions across all asset classes including offices, hotels, logistics, self-storage and student accommodation.
