DLA Piper partner Michael O’Day named to The Daily Record’s 2025 Business Law Power List

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Michael O’Day, a partner in the firm’s Baltimore office, has been named to The Daily Record’s 2025 Business Law Power List recognizing “the most influential and respected practitioners in the business law sector in Maryland.”

O'Day, who serves as Co-Chair of DLA Piper’s US M&A and Private Equity Litigation practice, as well as Chair of the Baltimore Litigation practice, is a trial lawyer who handles a broad range of complex business disputes in federal and state courts and arbitration throughout the country.

He has significant experience in matters involving private equity and M&A disputes, construction and real estate litigation, consumer class action claims, investigations and hotel operations. He also counsels clients on insurance coverage and regulatory matters, crisis management, and dispute avoidance.
