DLA Piper has today announced the appointment of Gordon Houseman to its International Finance practice, effective 3 March 2025.
Joining the firm’s London office, Gordon brings more than a decade of experience advising organisations across multiple sectors on debt and equity capital markets matters and has a focus on high-yield bonds, Term Loan B, private credit, corporate and acquisition financing, and supports restructuring and insolvency matters.

Colin Wilson, International Group Head of DLA Piper’s Finance practice, commented: “Gordon is a highly respected and knowledgeable partner who will support our growing roster of clients requiring support in the debt and equity capital markets space. Conor Houlihan, Co-Head International of DLA Piper's Finance Group, added: “With Gordon’s appointment, we are responding to increasing client demand for our leveraged finance and high yield capabilities in London. Gordon's arrival also strengthens our US securities law offering in London, which is vital to our growing international capital markets group.
