DLA Piper advises OX2 on the construction of the Juniewicze onshore wind farm in Poland
DLA Piper advised OX2, a leading European developer of renewable energy sources, on the construction of the Juniewicze onshore wind farm with a capacity of 48 MW. The wind farm is located in the province of Mazovia in Poland.
The Juniewicze wind farm will produce approximately 139 GWh energy per year, corresponding to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 32,000 households.
A team from DLA Piper’s Warsaw office worked on the matter and was led by Lit&Reg partner and the head of the firm’s energy practice, Oskar Waluśkiewicz. He was supported by senior associates Mateusz Koszel and Szymon Sakowski, and associate Michał Giżewski.
