DLA Piper partner John Samuel Gibson named to the Daily Journal’s 2023 Top Antitrust Lawyers list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that partner John Samuel Gibson was named to the Daily Journal’s 2023 Top Antitrust Lawyers list honoring the top attorneys across the state of California who have made significant contributions in antitrust law. This marks his third consecutive year on the prestigious list.

The publication noted several of Gibson’s recent achievements, including winning a motion to dismiss for a leading mobile device maker in precedent-setting federal antitrust litigation. The Daily Journal also noted Gibson’s role as chair of the law aspect of the United Nations’ AI for Good platform and his thoughts about emerging trends regarding potential corporate liability for “anticompetitive conduct by AI.”
