Washington, DC grows telecoms capabilities with a new arrival

Tony Lin has joined our Washington, DC office and award-winning Telecom group, bringing his vast experience in satellite and communications law.

Among Tony’s clients are top NewSpace companies, including many smallsat entrepreneurs, wo turn to Tony for help in obtaining spectrum and imaging licenses for their innovative satellite services. He also frequently advises companies on policy and regulatory matters before US federal and international agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

Tony received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, his Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Iowa and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
