The Law Firms Activity Report looks at the most active law firms practicing before US federal district courts between 2018 and 2020, analyzing law firm activity in 15 areas as well as in cases caused by COVID-19.  It recognizes DLA Piper as a top-ten firm in the areas of patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation.
