• City Office REIT, Inc (NYSE: CIO) in its sale to Morning Calm Management, LLC in partnership with Elliott Investment Management L.P., in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion
• Barrett-Jackson in its sale of a majority stake to IMG, a subsidiary of Endeavour Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EDR), for an undisclosed amount
• Verra Mobility Corporation (NASDAQ: VRRM) in its $355 million acquisition of T2 Systems
• FastMed, one of the largest urgent care providers in the US, in individual sales of its Texas, North Carolina, and Arizona markets
• Rummell Construction, Inc. in its acquisition by Emery Sapp & Sons
• Universal Technical Institute Inc. (NYSE: UTI) in its $50 million acquisition of Concorde Career Colleges, Inc.
