Alexa Pauline Ain

Alexa Ain is developing a broad-based practice in complex commercial litigation and government investigations. Alexa regularly assists with representing companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as other federal and state government and regulatory agencies. Alexa also assists with representing clients in a wide range of civil lawsuits, including litigation brought pursuant to the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, purported class actions, and proceedings involving negligence, fraud, and breach of contract claims. Alexa’s diverse litigation experience has included fact development and investigation, discovery management, depositions, witness preparation, and briefing and motions practice. 

Alexa also has experience with representing clients in arbitrations and bankruptcy litigation.
