DLA Piper advises Tidio on raising over USD25 million in funding

Wojciech Kalinowski and Jakub Niemiec from the Warsaw office of DLA Piper advised Tidio on closing a USD25 million financing round. The American fund PeakSpan Capital (lead investor), which specialises in investments in B2B software development companies in the growth phase, and Tidio's current investors - Inovo Venture Partners and Rafał Brzoska, the founder and CEO of InPost - took part in the B round of financing for Tidio.

Tidio is a Polish company offering, among others, live chat and AI-based chatbots. Tidio's tools integrate with, for example, email, social media and platforms like e.g. Shopify, and other e-commerce web services and thus enable customer service from one panel. Tidio is currently working on new features for its platform, including AI-based sales bots and "marketing automation" tools.
