He represents a major US automobile manufacturer in the defense of friction product and asbestos premises liability cases, and a major US petrochemical company in the defense of premises liability cases, including asbestos personal injury.
He also represents three US shipping companies in maritime personal injury and asbestos cases.
He serves as national coordinating counsel to a leading manufacturer of automotive service equipment and tools, work that includes cases of alleged exposure to friction products. He also represents a major US tobacco company in regional litigation.
He has also represented petrochemical companies and manufacturers of industrial machinery and equipment, home appliances, pharmaceuticals and food products in a range of personal injury and property damage cases.
