DLA Piper advises N-able, Inc. in its acquisition of Adlumin, Inc.

DLA Piper advised N-able, Inc. (NYSE: NABL), a global software company helping IT services providers deliver security, remote monitoring and management, and data protection as-a-service solutions, in its acquisition of Adlumin, Inc., an enterprise-grade security operations platform provider. The acquisition builds upon the companies’ existing partnership in providing extended detection and response (XDR) capabilities and managed detection and response (MDR) services.

With this acquisition, N-able aims to scale its security portfolio and annual recurring revenue from the existing partnership and expand its capabilities for managed services providers and internal IT teams.
