Gábor Spitz *

Gábor Spitz has extensive experience in a very wide spectrum of M&A and corporate transactions, including complex real estate M&A transactions and transactions requiring sophisticated structuring, mergers/demergers. His particular strength lies in strong analytical skills and creativity in utilising his experience which make Gabor a regular advising on the most challenging deals.

He has gained experience in working for leading international law firms, including 8 years at the Budapest correspondent office of one of the leading Austrian law firms where he led the Budapest M&A and Banking and Finance team.

Gábor has a strong Big Four background, his experience covers a wide spectrum of M&A and corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of strategic and venture capital investments and real estate portfolios, implementation of joint venture structures, global and domestic group restructurings.
