Attila Sári started his professional career at a major international law firm in 2007. While working there, he also spent a considerable period of time as a secondee at a leading Hungarian commercial bank. He has gained experience in acquisition finance, general corporate lending and project finance transactions in particular, and debt restructurings and sales of loan portfolios as well. He has advised on a variety of domestic and international finance transactions.
