Mikko Luukkonen

Mikko Luukkonen has significant experience advising on and negotiating a wide range of financing arrangements and corporate transactions.

He focuses on banking and finance, specifically real estate and acquisition financing and ECA (Export Credit Agency) supported export credit financing for domestic and international clients and has been recommended for Banking and Finance by EMEA Legal 500.

Mikko was educated at the University of Helsinki (LL.M) and has trained on the bench in the District Court of Lappeenranta. Prior to joining DLA Piper, he worked as a Counsel at an international UK based law firm in Helsinki and prior to that as an Associate at a major US law firm in Helsinki.
