Paulina Harhaj specialises in energy law, with a particular focus on issues related to renewable energy sources (“RES”). Among other things, she conducts due diligence reviews of photovoltaic and wind projects, supports clients in RES-related regulatory matters, and participates in administrative proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.

Paulina also advises on the sale or acquisition of RES projects at various stages of their development.
