Giorgia Grande

Giorgia Grande assists medium and large sized Italian and multinational companies, in the implementation of M&A transactions, including corporate intra and extra-EU reorganizations, mergers, de-mergers, transfers/purchases of businesses and lines of business, as well as transfers of registered offices abroad. With reference to the projects aimed at implementing, inter alia, corporate transactions, Giorgia was also involved in the coordination across a very large number of jurisdictions.

Furthermore, Giorgia daily assists the Clients on corporate governance matters (for instance, on ordinary management matters such as granting of management powers) and helps Clients willing to set up a business here in Italy, through entities/branches/rep. offices.

Giorgia also assists Clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (including distribution and franchising agreements).

Her practice also consists of assisting the Clients going to execute W&I policies.
