Advising warranty and indemnity insurers across the Asia-Pacific region including AIG, Liberty Global Solutions, Brockwell Capital and Beazley on the provision of buy-side and sell-side warranty and indemnity insurance for large-scale New Zealand and cross-border transactions.
Advising the Dairy Farms Partnership (owned by the Harvard University Endowment Fund) in its completion of the sale of six operating dairy farms in Central Otago, New Zealand to NZRLC Dairy Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of NZX-listed company New Zealand Rural Land Company.
