Tamara Calvert advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law, including establishing and winding up occupational pension schemes, investment and relationships with pension scheme advisers.

Tamara has also advised on a number of pensions disputes in the courts and before the Pensions Ombudsman, and advises on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, with particular expertise in the pension issues arising on public sector outsourcing and PFI contracts, and the pension arrangements of privatised industries.
