Nick’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and general corporate counseling. Nick represents a wide variety of technology companies from healthcare, software, life sciences and energy technology industries, as well as a number of venture capital firms and strategic investors.

- Representing venture capitalists and private equity firms, including Counterpart Ventures, Endeavour Vision, H.I.G. Capital, IDC Ventures, S2G Ventures, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Sorenson Capital, SSM Partners, and UPMC Enterprises.
- Representing both acquirors and selling companies in merger and acquisition transactions including DexCom, Essential Pharma, Medtronic, QUALCOMM Incorporated, SeaSpine and Trust & Will.
