Under her leadership, CrossTower worked with regulators globally to develop forward-thinking frameworks for stablecoins, blockchain, non-fungible tokens, and AI-driven financial products.

Prior to CrossTower, Boggiano worked at global law firm in structured products, private funds and as a senior regulatory lawyer. In addition, she also worked at Merrill Lynch and Guggenheim, where she provided strategic legal counsel on private funds, structured credit and algorithmic trading.

“The intersection of finance and technology presents unprecedented opportunities for our clients. “Our finance and technology clients face a continually evolving regulatory landscape. Kristin’s distinguished knowledge, skills and experience will play a pivotal role in navigating these tricky waters, and we’re grateful she joined our firm,” said Cara Edwards, Managing Partner of the New York office.
