DLA Piper advises Edemsa in Successful Issuance of Senior Class Notes to Boost Infrastructure Investments

DLA Piper advised Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (Edemsa), a leading electricity distributor, on the issuance of Class 3 and Class 4 Notes. The Notes were issued under the Issuer's Global Program for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Notes for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$80 million.

Edemsa will use the net proceeds from the issuance of the Notes to invest in infrastructure projects, including the development and implementation of the Issuer’s investment plan, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

The DLA Piper team that advised Edemsa included partner Alejandro Nobila and associates Federico Vieyra and Mariana Carbajo (all of Buenos Aires).
