DLA Piper is pleased to announce Martín Mittelman has been appointed Deputy Managing Partner in Argentina.
Mittelman’s practice focuses on business law and corporate matters, including resolution of corporate disputes and financial and commercial transactions. He advises on regional and cross-border M&A transactions and has extensive experience filing reporting requirements with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of foreign issuers.
Mittleman will work closely with Managing Partner Marcelo Etchebarne to manage day-to-day operations and formulate strategies for the firm’s growth in Argentina.
