We are honoured to welcome two distinguished guest speakers for this event:

• Dr. Bogdan Chirițoiu, President of the Romanian Competition Council since 2009, Vice-Chair of the OECD Competition Committee and Vice-Chair of the Administrative Board of the European Union Agency of Energy Regulators, brings extensive expertise in competition policy and regulation, playing a key role in shaping enforcement and policy development in Romania and at UE level. From 2005 to 2009 he has served as Presidential Advisor, and he was the Head of the Romanian Delegation to the EU Economic Policy Committee.
• Vitaly Pruzhansky, partner at RBB Economics, a leading expert in competition economics with a particular focus on antitrust investigations, mergers, and regulatory matters.
