DLA Piper welcomes Stephen Wortley as a cross-border partner in the Capital Markets practice

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Stephen Wortley as a partner in the firm’s cross-border Capital Markets practice. He will be based in both Vancouver and New York. 

Wortley is a leading capital markets and M&A practitioner, with a focus on domestic and international securities and corporate matters. His experience includes local, national and international securities offerings, listings on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and Chinese outbound M&A transactions into Canada.
