Tim Robbins, Chief Legal Officer of Cohesity, said: “We are pleased with the outcome of this highly complex business combination with Veritas and their data protection business. Ute and the entire DLA team were integral to this deal, and we are thankful for the incredible service and level of counsel they provided. Not only for this transaction, but also with respect to our long-standing partnership, they are indispensable legal advisors to our business and especially our multinational footprint and operations.”
