DLA Piper Canada advised FPX Nickel on $14 million strategic investment ‎from Sumitomo‎

On January 23, 2024, FPX Nickel Corp. (TSX-V: FPX, OTCQB: FPOCF) (“FPX”) ‎completed a ‎strategic investment from Sumitomo Metal ‎Mining Co., Ltd. raising $14.4 million. ‎

FPX is focused on the exploration and development of the Decar Nickel District, ‎located in ‎central British Columbia, and other occurrences of the same unique style of naturally ‎occurring ‎nickel-iron mineralization known as awaruite‎. ‎
