DLA Piper expands Singapore client offering with appointment of Real Estate partner

DLA Piper today announces the appointment of Ciarán Londra as a partner in its Real Estate practice based in Singapore. He joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.

Ciarán focuses on advising Asian based clients with their outbound real estate investments primarily into the UK, US, French and German markets. He has experience in a broad range of Real Estate matters with a particular emphasis on investment, development, corporate and real estate finance transactions.

Commenting on the hire, William Naunton, International Group Head of DLA Piper’s Real Estate practice said: “I am delighted to welcome Ciarán to our firm. He has a strong track record and a broad range of experience which complements our existing Real Estate capabilities in Asia. He will bring to us an additional capability in the region and leadership for DLA Piper’s Real Estate practice in Singapore. I know he will be a real asset to our International Real Estate practice.”

Satpal Gobindpuri, Regional Managing Partner for Asia added: “Enhancing our Real Estate capabilities in Asia is a long-term strategic priority for the firm. Singapore is a key office in our Asia network and Ciarán’s appointment significantly enhances our client offering. He is the second partner to join our Singapore office in the past 12 months, following Barbara Voskamp who joined us in February 2023 to help strengthen our Asia tax offering. I look forward to seeing DLA Piper develop in Singapore and Southeast Asia.”
